In their first week at Triangle, new starts work in teams to crack a case based on a previous “real-life” Triangle project. New hires get experience using industry databases, building a mock client deliverable that is reviewed by managers, and presenting out their findings to the broad Triangle team (usually followed by a well-deserved happy hour!)
There are ample opportunities for formal training at Triangle, whether team members have been with us for 6 months or 6 years. Offerings include biweekly “lunch and learns” on various industry topics, presentational speaking workshops, and manager/ leadership training.
Various formal and informal mentoring opportunities exist at Triangle. Each employee joins a “mentor tree”, where they are paired with a partner and principal/manager for customized one-on-one coaching throughout their career at Triangle.
“I joined Triangle Insights after undergrad and immediately experienced the opportunity to leverage my life sciences background to make a direct impact on client strategy. With ample tools and consistent senior support, I have been able to work closely with executives and drive project teams toward meaningful insights.”
