Triangle conducts tow types of interviews: behavioral interviews and case studies:
Behavioral Interview
Are you a good fit with the culture of the firm?
Do you have the requisite people skills (soft skills) to do the job?
Will you represent the firm well through client interactions?
Case Study
Can you do the job from an intellectual standpoint (hard skills)?
How do you structure and solve complex problems?
Do you have the requisite critical thinking skills?
Preparing For Your Case Study
Triangle uses case studies to test critical thinking and communication skills of candidates. While you won’t know the case ahead of time, there are ways that you can prepare before your interview, including practicing with example case studies.
