What personal information is collected: The personal information that we process includes your email address, company name, and results of the survey. The results of the survey will be aggregated across participants so your responses to the survey will not be identifiable.
How the personal information is collected: Triangle Insights and some of the companies participating in the survey program maintain data bases to ensure correct contact during business interactions. These data bases are the source for the personal information. No information is being shared from one company’s data base to that of another.
How the personal information is used: If you agree to participate in the Partnering Performance and Reputation Survey, the personal information will be used to grant access to the survey. Results of the survey will be used and reported in an aggregated, non-identifiable manner.
How long the information will be stored: Your personal information will be kept for the period required by law and per Triangle Insights retention schedule.
How the information is protected: The Partnering Performance and Reputation Survey information is collected using a Qualtrics platform. Downloads of the information from Qualtrics are saved in password protected files stored by Triangle Insights. No raw file downloads are shared outside of Triangle Insights.
