Engagement Manager
Jackie Davi is an experienced consultant with knowledge across various therapeutic areas (e.g., dermatology, psychiatry, and neurology).
During her time at Triangle, Jackie has been engaged in projects focusing on commercial launch strategy, commercial assessment, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Triangle Insights, she spent time doing academic research in cell biology and physiology at the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
Jackie holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina and has academic experience in medical device creation and regulation.

Kyle Wolpert has held roles in commercial operations, finance, and research functions across a decade of experience in the life sciences.
While pursuing his M.B.A. at Fuqua, he worked closely with start-up founders to support new ventures developing RNA vaccines, small molecule therapeutics, and other innovative technologies.
Areas of focus in his engagements at Triangle Insights include diligence of research and manufacturing technologies, commercial assessments of novel cellular therapies, and market access strategies in the US and EU.

Vaibhav Shrishail is an experienced life sciences professional with experience in an array of project types and therapeutic areas.
In his five years of consulting, his engagements have involved corporate strategy, indication prioritization, due diligence, and patient segmentation projects for therapeutic areas such as cardiology, neurology, oncology, and rare disease. His prior work experience includes medical devices consulting for United Therapeutics as well as innovation consulting for digital health technologies at RTI International.
During his time at UNC Chapel Hill, he double majored in biology and chemistry with a minor in entrepreneurship. He also conducted research in metabolomics and medical device design for multiple years at the UNC School of Medicine.

Matt is an experienced life sciences consulting manager who helps to shape PMA thought leadership at Triangle Insights and lead nuanced PMA engagements, including go-to-market and revenue preservation strategies, portfolio- and account-level forecasting, and policy-impact modeling (e.g.., IRA). Recent engagements have explored reimbursement approaches for cell therapies and critical-care COVID-19 treatments, first-in-indication launch strategy development in the CNS space, claims-based analysis of utilization management approaches, and life-cycle management across both generic/biosimilar entrants and parent brands. Matt also brings diverse scientific expertise to the Triangle team, with a competitively-funded academic background spanning medical device design, nanotechnology development, and professional education in addition to business development and commercial strategy roles.

Since joining Triangle Insights in 2014, Parker has developed expertise in market access and pricing, corporate strategy, and due diligence.
His recent consulting engagements have included market access and reimbursement for a branded dermatology product and a commercial assessment for a dual-affinity monoclonal antibody for the treatment of AML. Overall, his project experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas. His educational background includes economics, finance, and chemistry.

Sarah Jims has over a decade of experience in the life sciences industry. In her role, Sarah serves as an experienced consultant to leaders of biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations in commercial assessment, portfolio strategy, commercialization strategy, and launch readiness.
Her expertise spans a variety of therapeutic areas and modalities including cell and gene therapy, rare disease, oncology, and neurology.
Prior to joining Triangle Insights, Sarah worked in a gene therapy laboratory where she co-authored peer-reviewed publications and spoke at national conferences regarding gene therapy vector biology, therapeutic optimization, and therapeutic strategies for a variety of disease states.

Megan Thomas is a Partner at Triangle Insights Group. Prior to joining Triangle Insights, she spent several years in academic research at the Center for Developmental Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Megan’s previous work experience includes sports and entertainment consulting, grassroots public health ventures, and multidisciplinary research. Her recent consulting engagements include product and portfolio level commercial assessments, commercial launch planning, corporate and R&D strategy, and IDN strategy. Her project experience spans across a variety of therapeutic areas including infectious disease, orphan diseases, CNS conditions, oncology, and pain management.
Megan holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar.

Barrett Rankin has led a wide spectrum of strategic engagements for life science industry clients, ranging from large multinational firms to venture-backed start-ups. Barrett’s previous management consulting positions were with Campbell Alliance and Boston Healthcare Associates. He also has client-side commercial experience from Grifols Therapeutics.
Barrett has significant experience with commercial assessments, transaction diligence, pricing/reimbursement, and launch strategy. He has broad therapeutic area experience and has completed a lot of recent work in orphan disease, dermatology, and oncology.
Barrett received his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He has been a lecturer at several life science industry conferences.

Chris Apolito has over twenty-five years of pharmaceutical and strategy consulting experience, with positions in discovery research, business development, and management consulting. His previous employers include GlaxoSmithKline, AVOS Life Sciences, and Campbell Alliance (Syneos).
While at GlaxoSmithKline, Chris’s scientific accomplishments led to multiple patent authorships and peer-reviewed publications. In business development roles, Chris was responsible for corporate strategy and reviewing in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities. For the last twenty years, Chris has led consulting engagements focused on corporate strategy, R&D portfolio strategy, and commercial assessments across the life science sector.
Chris earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler School of Business as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor society. He has an MS from the University of Buffalo and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester.

Gautam has twenty years of pharmaceutical consulting experience and focuses on providing strategic guidance to life-sciences clients with a focus on pricing and market access. His recent engagements have focused on pricing and market access, commercial assessment, therapeutic area strategy, commercial model design and in-licensing/out-licensing support. Gautam has provided strategic advice to a wide range of clients, spanning Top-5 pharmaceutical manufacturers, emerging biotechnology manufacturers, biopharmaceutical investors, and service providers to biopharmaceutical companies. He has spoken at several industry conferences and has published a peer-reviewed article on deal-timing.
